The top tape seal was loose allowing the cold to get out. The box was no longer square, just a vague rounded cube. Saturday the box arrived and it looked like it was delivered by Ace Ventura. Second box I scheduled for Friday hoping to at least get it Saturday if it was late on Friday, which it was. Their customer support made the claim that they don't choose the shipping partner that we get the box delivered by. I responded to customer service letting them know that we had this exact issue with the last mealkit delivery that used FedEx as their shipper as well and that I highly recommended they look into a switch. At the end of Sunday, we got another email letting us know that our box had been sent back and we'd be getting a refund. We got an email from customer support that the box had been delayed and would show up the next day. Our first box scheduled to arrive on Saturday didn't show up. I've used just about every meal kit out there at this point (whenever a coupon comes 'round) but Blue Apron is the first to make me cancel before I even made it through our discounted boxes.
